ATLANTA – Nov. 12, 2014 – Last night, music executives Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols celebrated the conclusion of their 5th season of ATL Live on the Park by going back to the event’s roots: hosting performances by today’s top emerging talent and just partying to 90’s R&B music. The event hosted over 400 guests at Park Tavern’s Restaurant overlooking the beautiful Piedmont Park in Midtown and featured performances by emerging artists, Mieko, Antonio Ramsey as well as 90’s hit makers, Lil Will and Quinn & the JukeBox Band. The ATL Live on the Park season 5 finale was sponsored by Gentleman Jack, Aaron’s, Majic 107.5 and Cantu Beauty.
The evening began with a special performance by new Pop/R&B recording artist Mieko who performed her current single, ‘Foolin Nobody,’ followed by a special birthday tribute to Dennis Byron of HipHopEnquirer.com. Shortly after, singer/songwriter and West Palm Beach native, Antonio Ramsey charmed the audience by performing a cover of H-Town’s 90’s hit, ‘Knockin the Boots’ and his current single ‘Nobody.’ Guests were then taken down memory lane with a performance by Atlanta native, Lil Will, who hit the stage with Dungeon Family members, Slimm Calhoun and C-Bone. Lil Will performed acover of Gucci Mane’s ‘So Icey’ and his single ‘Pimpin’. Quinn & the Jukebox Band closed the evening out with a party, performing a variety of covers from the 90’s. Guests danced to 90’s hits by Phil Collins, Jodeci, Outkast, Lauryn Hill and more.

Recording Artists Bertell, Leigh Bush and Quinn from Jukebox Band Give Thrilling Performances for the October Edition of ATL Live on the Park
October 16th/Atlanta, GA— If you thought Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols, creators of ATL Live on the Park, had no more tricks up their sleeves for their monthly music showcase then you were misinformed! The October edition, sponsored by Rolling Out Magazine, Audi, Chambord and Korbel, hailed performances from breakout artists like Bertell, teen heartthrob Leigh Bush formerly Sammie and Grammy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Quinn & JukeBox Band. Hosted by Art Terrell of Atlanta’s KISS 104.1 FM, October’s edition did not disappoint.
Opening the show was independent recording artist, Bertell Young. Bertell, who is the protege of famed super-producer Bryan Michael-Cox, opened his set with his soon to be released single, “Keep it on the Low”. He followed up with his current Billboard chart-topping hit, “She Get if from her Mama”, which had everyone dancing and vibing to the beat. Bertell stole the crowd with another hit off his debut EP called “Selfish Love” which is the first single off his EP, Atlanta Nights with Telly. Closing his set, Bertell sung a cover of R.Kelly’s “Seems Like You Ready” and a cover of Jamie Fox, “VIP”.
